The essential framework of Fitt Together consists of two key components: the exercise principles and a sense of community.
After spending over five years as a self-employed Personal Trainer in various settings, including commercial gyms, studios, local parks, and even a brief experience on a cruise ship, I recognized the significance of integrating the four basic principles of exercise into all my fitness programs, whether personal or professional.
By adjusting just one of these exercise principles—known as F.I.T.T—it guarantees that no two workouts are identical:
- Frequency: how often you exercise
- Intensity: how much effort you put in
- Time: how long you exercise for
- Type: the kind of exercise you choose
The second component of my mission focuses on fostering a sense of community by enhancing the health and nutrition of individuals. This involves learning and applying nutrition tracking methods to identify, target, and alter unhealthy habits within your dietary choices.
This commitment can be encapsulated by an old proverb: If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
