Improve your health and wellbeing by focusing on building healthy habits
The two components that make up the vital framework of Fitt Together, are the 4 basic principles of exercise and a sense of community.
After working as a self-employed Personal Trainer for over five years, working within commercial gyms, studios, local parks and even for a short stint on a cruise ship- I realised the importance of applying the four basic principles of exercise to all my exercise programs, both personal and professional.
By changing just one the four basic principles of exercise - known as F.I.T.T, it ensures that no two workouts are ever the same:
Frequency- how often you exercise
Intensity- how much effort you put in
Time- how long you exercise for
Type- the kind of exercise you choose
The second component of my mission is to bring people together by helping to improve the health and nutrition of individuals, it requires learning and applying how to track and make changes in your daily lifestyle to highlight, target and change patterns or habits within your nutrition choices.
This is something that has always been important to me, especially as when I started my business back in 2017 - is around the time I started attending church and became a baptised member of my local Seventh Day Adventist church.
This can be summed up with this old proverb:
